For free: internet connection, bed linen, towels, soap, toilet paper hairdryer, garden gril, garden chairs, water and garbage cost, municipality fees according to local decree.
Electricity consuption up to 50 kWh, if it will be more 5 Kč /1 kWh.
Arrival and departure:Arrival at 4:00 p.m., departure at 10:00 a.m. If there is no immediate stay, the departure time can be postponed to 18:00 for a one-time surcharge of CZK 1,000.
Pets are not alowed.
Payment terms and cancellation:
The reservation is binding for both parties by paying a deposit. Unless otherwise agreed, the deposit is due within 3 working days of sending the payment details (cashless to the account of the landlord). By paying the deposit, you agree with our accommodation conditions, including cancellation conditions.
Cancellatin fees:
up to 60 days before your arriving: free of charge (up to 90 dayes Xmas and New year stay)
59 - 30 days before arriving - 15% from the price of the stay (xmas and New year stay - 89-30 days before arriving)
29 - 10 days before arriving - 30% from the price of the stay
9 days and less before arriving - 100% from the price of the stay
If another customer is found for the canceled stay, we do not apply the cancellation and we will transfer the deposit for the stay to another date.
In case you have to end your stay earlier, you are not entitled to a refund of the proportional amount
Key loss:
In case of loss of keys, we charge a fee of CZK 2,500 (replacement of the security insert, copy of the keys).
